At the risk of sounding oblivious.. I am ordering a bunch of stuff, goggles being part of my order. I find that i don't really understand all the qualifications for the eye protection. So if someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to find something on LA Police Gear in an effort to keep all my stuff together. Right now I am looking at a pair of goggles you can find in the link following this message. If someone can look these over and tell me if they do or don't meet the requirements. If they don't if someone could point me to another pair preferably in the same price range. I am a low profile fan as well, but would except anything similar to the pair in the link. Thanks!! www.lapolicegear.com/hespoptago.html

I'll make it easy: So you can wear anything on this list that you posted? I know some are not full seal or have the foam around them. I like to wear the oakley si ballistics. We wear them know.

If you want to wear a sunglass type they have to be on that list. If you are buying full seal then they must be ANSI approved.

Anything on the APEL (Army Protective Eyewear List) is approved, because the Army already says it's OK.
Anything not on the APEL must be BOTH ANSI-rated AND full-seal.
Mesh goggles commercially manufactured for Airsoft are approved.
Mesh goggles that are homemade are case-by-case.
