Anyone who will be on the field needs to pay - we've had issues with "photographers" before, plus the money is going to charity. We will not be making money off of them. ok thanks one more ? if adm. are were tan bottoms and black tops can we were black bottoms and a tan top or would that confuse people to much

Admin Uniform is TAN bottoms and BLACK top(preferably Polo type). No exceptions. Any deviation from this uniform may/probably will cause mass hysteria amongst players and many unnecessary problems...

Blue / white shemaghs are hard to find for AQ. Does anyone know where to get them or can we use black / white ones?

Yeah, the game might be postponed for lightning (safety) but would continue as soon as the lightning moved on.

I think it would be more of a "pause" than a postponement.....

Is there going to be any food sold at this event? I know there was a thought about maybe the USO might be able to provide food but if not is there places on base where we can go and get food like fast food restaurants?

As of right now the USO is not confirmed and I would not count on them being there.
During the event the restaurants on-post will be off limits (and probably closed prior to the cessation of play on Saturday). On Sunday after the game I really can't control where you go. Junction City is within about 20 minutes and has several restaurants available. The Force Protection level may be lowered which would allow you to leave and return after the game - this will be confirmed on-site.
I would suggest you probably want to bring your own food - grilling will be allowed on site - as a way to save travel time, gas and ensure there can't be any interruption of your food supply.

Food WAS going to be provided by the USO, but there was an issue with that. The USO would have been donation-based. I do not know if there are other food vendors (Makatta?) but I am not tracking any.

Rumor has it that Force Protection level will be going to Alpha soon. will that effect anything?

No, that would just make life easier. Might allow people to leave and come back for dinner at different times.
