As far as tents go, can we use stakes? I know at Victory Village we could not. I just bought a pup tent for times like this.

I saw you said if we have generators bring them....do you have any source of power to charge a battery at the staging area or anywhere else?

There will be very little power at the AO, thus, if you have a generator bring it. If you do not have a Generator, im sure someone that does will let you use it for batteries.

I'm hoping to be able to bring the team generator to this event. Look me up and you'd be welcome to recharge your battery(s). My call-sign is Gunny and I'm on EOD.

Can we rent a camp site from a near by camp ground if we dont want to stay at the camps their providing? I saw a posting about tent stakes not being allowed, that will not work for me. Also still waiting a response on were we can park and if we can park next to our tent. I need access to showers, water, electricity, ect..... for charging battery, washing hands because i wear contacts, ect.... I just dont like to be unprepaired. Also is their some kind of Itinerary for the game days you can put together? Like what time do we report each day for game event, what time will the game end? Just trying to figure out if im staying at a camp ground when i will be coming to and from my camp and such.

oh, also If tent stakes are allowed and we will be able to park our cars next to our camp. Was wanting to bring a pop up shower tent with a solar water heater bag to shower in, will that be allowed? Just trying to figure out whats going to best accommodate my needs and wether to stay their or at a camp ground.

Cars will be able to be parked within easy walking distance of the game site - closer to the insurgent side, but still easy for the US forces to reach.
You can either camp or stay in the CONNEX buildings. There is no prohibition on tent stakes, although it would probably be easier to just stay in the buildings. There is a latrine facility with running water. I would suggest forgoing a shower for the duration of the event, but you could set it up if you want.

ok. I just went ahead and rented a electrical campsite with water hook up just down the road at west rolling hills campground. That way i can charge all the batteries i need, take a shower, run a fan in my tent, ect..... can you tell me anything about staying off site when to report in the mornings and when i would be leaving to head back to camp? I will be coming down thursday evening the 23 to set up camp, will i just find out friday what times we can get on the feild and leave? Also so far its just me coming that i know of, I rented the site for three people but the site says up to eight, alot of electical outlets and im right across from a shower facility. So if theirs anyone that would want to chip in a couple bucks are more than welcome to stay their if they wish. just message me. I will be their thursday night till check out sunday at 6pm.

Oh, and you would need to be off-post by 8pm, and could not return until after 5am. The exact timeline we can discuss on-site.
