I'll be bringing a fire team and we're all piling into an RV for the trip from Wisconsin. Will there be a place adjacent or within the A/O where we can park it and still have access when needed?

Camping is allowed but there wont be camper/RV hookups. It is, after all, a military installation.

We don't need hookups, just a place to put it. Thanks.

Let me double tap the RV with the HSTL personnel - I don't see an issue, but I want to make sure they're tracking something that big before it rolls onto their site.

I probably won't drive it since gas prices are through the roof (and definitely won't if you say no) but how about driving privately owned former military vehicles? I bought a deuce and a half from surplus. I also have the paperwork and registration etc. It has no unit markings but is still green.

You can certainly drive it here. Send me a PM - we may allow it to be used, but we'd have to have an Admin TC it.

How far away is the parking / camping area from the field of play?

We still have to finalize that. The ideal parking site is only a short distance, but the site manager hasn't approved it yet. The final parking decision should be made late next week (the site manager went on leave - great timing).

common sense question i know but still going to ask just to make sure. will we be able to park our cars next to our tents? Or is their a parking area that we have to park at and a grass area we a have to carry our tents to in order to set up? Hopeing we can just pitch a tent next to my vehical since i will be using my car battery to charge my lipos.

Parking and camping will be finalized with the site manger as soon as he gets back from leave, should be mid-week next week.
