Just as an FYI (because I know people have been asking):
Waivers have been typed up (a redraft from the Phoenix II waiver). Waivers exist for adults, minors and for permission to treat minors. They have been submitted to JAG for final approval and should be available shortly.
The risk assessment has been submitted to Garrison Safety. As soon as it is modified/approved I will let everyone know what (if any) affect it will have on game play or other restrictions.
Talking to DES/PMO, weapons registration will likely be a spreadsheet-type format where we collect information ahead of time and verify/update the day of. Once this is finalized, we will put out an all-call for information (probably a new thread) and all weapons (even previously registered) will need to be added to the new list.

Waivers are at JAG for review right now.

The Risk Assessment has been approved (which means the Safety Office, who was part of the issue during Phoenix II). Details to follow, but there are no major rule changes resulting from the Risk Assessment.

Not yet - the Risk Assessment is a separate document. The waivers are at JAG and we are continuing to talk to them - I don't know what's taking them so long, but they're lawyers so who knows.
