You must have these items to get onto Ft. Riley.
1. Everyone has to have a Photo ID or valid drivers license (even the riders)
2. If you are driving, your vehicle must properly be registered and have insurance. YOU MUST HAVE INSURANCE!!!
If you do not have insurance, the MP's will not allow you to drive on post.

As a side note about Identification. I know in at least Missouri you can get a non-driver's state ID for just a few dollars at the DMV (that is if you are a resident of MO) for those that do not have a drivers license or do not qualify for one at this time

The ID MUST BE GOVERNMENT ISSUED. A school or work ID is not sufficient.
For those that are under 18 they do not have to have a government issued ID, but you need to be prepared to prove you're under 18.

Well, Federal or Tribal would work, too.

You actually now need to ensure you bring TWO (2) forms of ID.
The first has to be normal, state-issued.
The second, apparently, can be almost anything. A debit card, social security or basically anything with your name on it (hand-writing your name on a piece of cardboard is probably not good enough). This is due to the FPCON level and Ft. Riley's requirements.
Once again, TWO (2) forms of ID to get on post!
