Went and talked to the MPs today for some coordination. Here's some information. Some of these are duplicates of the normal rules, just posting the MP's rules here all together.
1) Entry point is confirmed as "Four Corners." This is the intersection of First Infantry Division and Vinton School Road.
2) Weapons will have to be registered this time (CHANGE). I'm working on a method that won't require me to sign my name 400 times, because that hurts.
3) Vehicles must ensure they have License, Proof of Insurance and their Registration to get on post.
4) Airsoft rifles must be CASED when brought on post (in the original box will count).
5) 1/4" Orange tip required. Orange electrical tape works well on black-painted tips.
We'll continue to interact with the MPs to ensure everything works smoothly, just wanted to make sure everyone was tracking these points.

Is there a way to get the forms for weapons in advance so that when everyone arrives, they can have them filled out? Or is that something that can't be posted.

The forms are a three-part carbon form (for now) that we can't really distribute.
I'm hoping to get a spreadsheet-type form that we can fill out. If that gets approved, we can start pre-filling it out so all we have to do that day is double check it.
Two more rules added:
4) Airsoft rifles must be CASED when brought on post (in the original box will count).
5) 1/4" Orange tip required. Orange electrical tape works well on black-painted tips.

It should. I have rifle bags for my guns and I wrote "Airsoft" on the outside.

Some of us had registered our weapons back during Phoenix I. Will those still be good for this event as well ?

No, the registration would possibly have expired, and the forms are new now, too.
Any form of covering works as a case - rifle case, original box, burlap sack, duffel bag. Just make sure the weapon is completely enclosed in something that keeps it out of sight.

Those form when I regester my weapons said they be good for three years. Also I did a couple of more when flatline came. Been running around with them in my truck for a year now.
