Here are restrictions imposed due to the risk assessment. In the case of a conflict with another posted rule, the more restrictive rules.
Eye Pro: MUST BE APEL (Approved Protected Eye wear List)-approved or full-seal ANSI Z-87 rated. APEL eye protection do not need to be full-seal, but non-APEL ANSI eye protection MUST BE FULL SEAL. I know there have been some discrepancies in the enforcement of eye pro in the past, this will not be the case this year. If you show up with non-approved eye protection you will not play until you get some.
Weapons: Must be registered. There is a thread running to pre-register to speed the process on game day. Orange tips are REQUIRED.
Waivers: Must be signed prior to game play. Details to follow as soon as JAG finishes with them.
Limited visibility: If you want to play at night, you must carry a white and red light with you at all times. They don't need to always be on, just available. There will be NO vehicle movement at night.
Vehicles: Must wear a helmet, eye protection and seat belt (if available) when riding in vehicles. Passengers MAY NOT FIRE FROM MOVING VEHICLES. OPFOR will not deliberately engage vehicles with weapons not capable (according to the rules) of destroying vehicles. Passengers must be seated at all times when the vehicle is moving.
Safety Kill: Minimum engagement distance of 10'. Event rules expand on this.
Medical: Only medical personnel with current certification will be allowed to provide primary aid. Expired certifications may assist, but will not be the primary care giver. Minors must have an adult with medical POA to provide receive treatment - this is not optional.
